III. The Artist — A short history 
An artist who lived hair loss — and built the team to fix it.
Eight years ago, Jackson Cross set up the first dedicated SMP studio in the Illawarra and started building Scalp Revival from a single chair. Today it's the longest-serving SMP clinic on the NSW South Coast and the most-reviewed in the country.
Jackson came to SMP from a tattoo and barbering background, where precision and an artist's eye are everything. Then he experienced hair loss himself, went through SMP, and felt the confidence it gave back. The work became personal.
