How quickly will I hear back?

Every enquiry is reviewed personally by Jackson or one of the team. Most are answered within 24 hours during the working week. If you message on a weekend, you'll usually hear back first thing Monday morning.

Is the consultation actually free?

Yes, genuinely. No deposit, no card on file, no obligation. You leave with a personalised plan and a firm quote. We only ever charge once you decide to book treatment.

What information should I include?

Anything you're comfortable sharing — what's bothering you, how long you've had it, what you've tried before. If you can include a clear photo of your scalp, even better. We use it to give a more accurate response.

Will you call me, or wait for me to call?
